The History Of Comics With Q-boy #58 The Painstaking Pursuit To Visit The Virtuoso
I decided to make this comic black and white because it is entirely based on “The Spirit” by Will Eisner which I think usually looks best in black and white. I gotta admit that I may have tried to cram too much into one page. Oh well… So let’s get to the panels…
- Panel 1 is based on the title page from the “The Spirit” story “Slippery Eall” that you can see here http://qr.net/bUZXA
- Panel 2 is based on a page from “The Spirit” #347 – “The School For Girls” which you can see here http://qr.net/bUZZ3
- Panels 3-5 are based on panels 4,6,& 7 from “The Spirit Magagzine” #11 page 36 which you can see here http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-1mOMm73-pEg/VFAKlFt3OII/AAAAAAABEkA/GZ8bBk76FOY/s1600/Spirit_Mag_11-36_470511.jpg
- Panels 6-8 are based on panels 1,3 & 5 from “The Spirit” #345 – “Peferect Crime” which you can see here http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-1mOMm73-pEg/VFAKlFt3OII/AAAAAAABEkA/GZ8bBk76FOY/s1600/Spirit_Mag_11-36_470511.jpg
That it for this one. Next time we run into my other character who we haven’t seen in a bit “The Bastardized Ninja” ( who’s adventures you can check out here http://qr.net/bUZ8a . Check out new “Criminal And Crimefighter Conversations” on Tuesday-Thursday. Hope you enjoy and see ya next time!
