3PM –  Mr. Stretch On Dr. Do’s Allegations

24hccc2016-3PMmrstretch

February 1 is hourly comic day which is described by KnowYourMeme.com as “an annual event that takes place on February 1st where participants draw one short comic for every hour that they (are) awake”.  This is my bastardized attempt at it.

To be clear all these comics were made in advance unlike the brave souls who are actually making comics every hour they are awake.

The attempt here is that a comic will be posted every hour today from 12AM to 12PM.  How well will this work out? Who knows? But hey the train wreck might be fun to watch too.

So the two old friends finally settle their differences… and use a lot of alliteration.  It would be great if Jack Kirby was still alive, and he and Stan Lee could share cameo spots in Marvels movies and shows.

Panel 1 of this comics is based on this image of Thor fighting the thing from Fanstatic Four # 73

Panel 2 is based on this image of Dr. Doom fighting the Silver Surfer from Fanstatic Four # 57

Panel 3 is based on the cover of Fanstatic Four # 93

Panel 4 is based on the cover of Daredevil # 7

Next time Eddy is goes to a movie, meets a new friend, and things change for Q-boy comics.  Hope you enjoy and see ya next time!

I’m just going to say it now, I’m not a big fan of the Inhumans.  I’m even less of a fan of Marvel trying to make the Inhumans replacements for mutants because Fox owns the rights to the X-men.  To be fair though, I saw the Inhumans motion comic thing and that was pretty good.  Anyways I took elements from the covers of Fantastic Four #22, Amazing Adventures #1, and  X-men #3 for this comic.  Next time Eddy and Jerry’s issues with each other come to a head.

I went to Baltimore Comic-Con yesterday and had some fun.  Got some stuff signed and got a couple dvd’s.  The guy I got a ride with wanted to leave early though so that kinda sucked.  All in all a good day though.  Anyways folks, see ya next time and hope you enjoy!

So Q-boy’s team gets forced out of their own book, and replaced by the Fruity Four. We also meet The Underwater Monarch.  For the Monarch I figured I’d just combine Aquaman and Namor as they basically serve the same purpose in the DC and Marvel Universes respectively.  We can also see that things are continuing to get intense between Eddy and Jerry.   The comic is based on the covers to Fantastic Four #4, 14, & 27 . Next time we see the return of the Unsavory Fresh-Men, and some new characters they’re not too happy with.  That’s all I got for this one.  Hope you enjoy, and see ya next time.

We meet quite a few characters here.  First we got Q-boy and U’s girlfriends Miss Direction, and Distraction Lass.  Then we got Lactos The Intolerable and his herald The Golden Snowboarder.  All of this is weird mix of a version of Galactus and The Silver Surfer, and love interests made up for Batman and Robin, the original Batwoman and Bat-girl that were created to fend off accusations that Batman and Robin were gay.  The look of this comic is based on the covers of Fantastic Four #49 and Batman #139.  Speaking of the Fantastic Four I saw that movie last night, and man that was terrible.  Next time we see Spiderous-Man again, and we meet another Q-boy from another dimension and a blind crimefighter of some type.  As always hope you enjoy and see ya next time.
