Q-boy Short # 30 Nothing To Thumb Your Nose At / The History Of Q-boy Part 28 (Censored)

So what’s this one all about you might ask.  Well this one is referencing a guy named Bill Finger who co-created Batman, and may have done a lot of the heavy lifting in that but isn’t given as well known as he should be and wasn’t given much of the credit.  The big panel at the end is based on the cover of a comic where Superman and Shazam fought as shown below…

Another comic that recently did a homage to this cover is The Hero Business. Click the link check it out.  We’ll definitely be seeing more of Kill-Man (and Q-girl getting drunk) over time.  Next time we’ll find out who “The Emperor” and “The Guy” are, and we’ll sorta meet a new character… Oh and a certain monster that appeared once before returns.  Seriously though should it be “Kill-man” and “The Kill-man”?  Anyways hope you enjoy and see ya next time.

And so Q-girl officially appears in the comics… U and Q-boy clashing over her will be revisited in the future.  Especially, Q-boy’s… protectiveness of her.  This comic is based on the cover of Captain Marvel Adventures # 18, which was the introduction of Mary Marvel.

In the next Q-boy Short we’ll see Q-girl’s grand introduction to the world by Q-boy, and we’ll even meet fellow super heroine, Freedom Female for the first time.  Next time a new Bastardized Ninja where we finally see the fate of Yakuza Kim.  Guess that’s it for now. Protect your sisters, don’t be bland, and leave your daughters at newstands (do those even exist anymore?).  Anyways, hope you enjoy and see ya next time.
