Q-boy Short # 18 Jerome’s In The House / The History Of Q-boy Part 16 (Censored)

Been a while but here’s a new Q-boy short finally.  It was difficult coming up with a way to clearly show one person talking in many “voices” in a comic.  I settled with with using multiple colors for the word balloons.  Just to make it super clear the yellowish balloons are when Jerome is speaking in Rod Rapier’s voice; the light blue balloons are when he’s speaking as Steve Crandall; the pink balloons are for Vanessa Jennings; the orangish balloons are for Penny Biggal; the darker blue is for Zane Zartarian/Q-boy; and the brownish balloons are for Black Jim.  That’s pretty much it for this one.  Next time it’s finally the whole page for The Bastardized Ninja #30.  See you then, and enjoy!

Now we’re at panel 3 of The Bastardized Ninja #30.  Small spoilers Richie says something that really pisses Yakuza Kim off, and that “Clone Aggression” panel will play into things later.  The Bastardized Ninja # 30 has actually just been finished, and next post will be another Q-boy short continuing “The History Of Q-boy” after long delay.  The sad part (or good part depending how you look at it) is that The Bastardized Ninja #31 looks to be even crazier than #30.  Anyways enjoy the page, and see ya next post!

Now here goes panel 2 of what will be The Bastardized Ninja #30.  Yakuza Kim gets a good hit on our “hero” (anti-hero?) (indirect hero?) (lesser villain?)(usual protagonist?) Richie.  As the battle between these 2 rages on who will take the offensive next? Who will take the next big blow? Why did I decide to haves both characters show off their tatooes? The Bastardized Ninja Short #29 3-Way Orgy Of Violence Part 6 (Censored)

So yeah I got over-ambitious again.  The next few Bastardized Ninjas will have a lot of fighting as our ninja and Yakuza Kim finally really go at it.  Now the reasonable thing to do would be to have one action per panel, but I felt that if I were the audience I would feel ripped-off only seeing 4 actions in an entire strip.  So each panel has at least 2, and most have 3.  Also as a Yakuza, Yakuza Kim should have  full body tattoo. I could have wrote around it somehow, but I thought this would be the perfect time to show it.  On top of that I decided Richie was the type of guy who would have tattoos as well.  All of this required by “Writer Ricky” (Slave driver!) creates a lot of extra work for “Artist Ricky” (Lazy bastard!).  This is why your favorite comics are late kids.  Anyways the next few Bastardized Ninja posts will be one panel without the words and in black in white.  I figured I’d do it this way so that the whole page isn’t completely revealed before it is complete, but progress is shown. So we now have a good picture of Q-boy’s supporting cast.  Rather than a “pal” like Jimmy Olsen he’s got a jerk out to get him.  Rather than a flirty co-worker like Betty Brant (I’m getting this more from the Spider-Man movies than the comic) he’s got a gold-digging office administrator.  He does have a less useful version of Etta Candy though (she’s from Wonder Woman if you didn’t know).  How does Black Jim fit in?  You’ll have to see next time….

Well it looks like trouble is in store for the mobsters.  Poor Vinnie seems to have made the wrong choices after getting a look inside his head.  Then again who makes decisions thinking about the possibility of facing a ninja, and a Yakuza in an eccentric scientist’s lab?  Besides a guy like Vinnie knows that the fun don’t last forever.  Anyways watch out next time we begin the fight you’ve (I’ve) been waiting for.  Yep folks The Bastardized Ninja VS Yakuza Kim!  See ya then!
