Storm is someone who is often portrayed as someone who is very reserved (especially in the Fox animated series), so I figured I’d make my version of Storm the opposite.  So I channel some “Love And Hiphop” and “Bad Girls Club” and voila you have Drizzle. So for Ms. Majors I figured since there was black woman who was Captain Marvel and a white woman is Captain Marvel (formerly Ms. Marvel) now I’d sorta combine the two and make Ms. Major half black and half white.  The last comic explained the situation the with Ms. Marvel and Rogue.  Not much more to add here.  Tomorrow Drizzle expresses her feelings on people’s opinions about her attitude… I doubt she’s pleased… See ya tomorrow!

Succubus here is basically Rogue from the X-men, and the story in this comic is based on the story of what happened between her and Ms. Marvel (now Captain Marvel).  If you don’t know the story its pretty much explained in this youtube clip from X-men: The Animated Series (one of the greatest cartoons ever btw) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O8k7hlN5l9w .

I always found it funny that Rogues whole deal is that she can’t touch people but for a loooong time she wore a skin tight latex outfit as her costume and when she wasn’t wearing that she was wearing literally as little as the comic books were allowed with getting away with.  Gotta love comics! So Q-boy dumps Miss Direction and finds a new girlfriend in Muffina Winters.  So if you’ve been reading these comics for a while I’ve been hinting around with this character for a while (specifically in these comics http://qr.net/bzznB & http://qr.net/bzzma ).  So yeah she’s basically this universe’s Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Each panel of this comic is based on covers drawn by John Romita Sr. (who Paulie Damiko is based on).

Man does Batman kick some ass in that final trailer for Batman V Superman! If you haven’t seen it. it’s basically Batman wrecking house on a bunch of guys, blocking a punch from Superman, and macking on Wonder Woman. This looks like the best non-Nolan Batman movie with some other people in it yet!

Some of you may be new and only have seen The Big Ol’ Criminal And Crimefighter Conversations 24 Hourly Comics Jamboree Spectacular on Hourly Comics Day and Criminal And Crimefighter Conversations which started last week so welcome to Q-boy Shorts.  I really wish I could say I was smart enough to have planned that this comic featuring a guy called “The Reluctant Romantic” and involving a date ended up being posted on Valentine’s Day, but sadly I’m not.  So anyways Paulie Damiko is based on comic artist John Romita who took over drawing Spider-Man after Steve Ditko.

Panel one is based on this cover to “Our Love Story #4” a romance comic drawn by John Romita. And the “waay out of your league” line in Panel 3 is based on the big reveal of Mary Jane in Amazing Spider-Man #42 which will be referenced again in the next Q-boy Short comic. Speaking of the next comic next time there’s heartbreak when Q-boy meets a new girl.  Have a happy V-day, don’t be reluctant with your romance, and see ya again with Criminal And Crimefighter Conversations Tuesday-Thursday.

So to the less comic book inclined this is basically making fun of the relationship between Batman and Catwoman.  Although I guess between the movies and video games and stuff pretty much everyone should get that so nevermind.

Also kids “Itchy And Scratchy” is a cartoon within this cartoon called The Simpson.  The first 11 Seasons are the greatest TV ever.  Anyways folks, see ya next week!
