I realized that for something called “Criminal And Crimefighter Conversations” I’d haven’t had many of this comics with villains/criminals.  Honestly I have way fewer designs for villains than for heroes.  This is the first comic you’ve seen with my “Magneto” character, General Magnetic (comics with him have been made that I’m saving for Patreon and or book collections of these comics).  This is also the first comic with the Smasher since the launch of the comic on “hourly comic day”. The Innovator, Headmaster Fresh, & Mr. Stretch On Rumors Of Them Having A Secret Group (Censored)

This comic is about “The Illuminati” the secret group  in Marvel that made decisions at various important points in Marvel history.  The group originally was “Iron Man”, “Prof. X, “Mr. Fantastic”, “Blackbolt” of the “Inhumans”, “Namor”, and “Dr. Strange”.  Over time the group has changed a few times.  To me the group is a bad idea that went way too far as they’ve gone on to do pretty reprehensible things.  One specific thing they did that’s mentioned in the comic is “The Hulk” being sent off to space which eventually led to “Planet Hulk” and “World War Hulk”.

Looks like “Black Widow” is finally getting her own movie. Although I’m glad to hear about it I hope this isn’t something rushed out due to fan pressure. I know Scarlett Johansson probably wouldn’t slum it and do TV, but it would be awesome to see her on “Daredevil”, as he and “Black Widow” had a thing for a while.  Or “Daredevil” could show up in her movie, but that probably won’t happen either.

I re-watched “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” yesterday to make sure it was really better than “Civil War” (it is) and one of the things I liked most is Cap and Black Widow. What I especially like it that they’re NOT a couple.  That would’ve been so cliche and terrible. She’s a buddy and better yet a buddy trying to get him some.  I also re-watched “Age Of Ultron” and this might seem crazy but I think I like it more than “Civil War” too despite its many flaws.  “Ultron” > “Zemo” and “Hulk” and “Thor” take things to another level. One of the biggest things “Age Of Ultron” messes up is “Black Widow”.  One thing my friend Chris brought one time when talking about it is that one of the key things about “Black Widow” in the original “Avengers” movie is that she isn’t all butthurt about her past. She did bad stuff, she’s trying to do good stuff now. She fakes being all messed up about her past to trick Loki, but that’s it.  Then in “Age Of Ultron” we get her “ballerina” sequence which I think would’ve more effective had we not seen it. (In fact I think they should cut all the mind control stuff.  Also where are Scarlet Witch’s mind controlling powers in “Civil War”?) Then she REALLY throws it out there to Banner who rejects her because… I honestly still don’t know… He’s like “I dunno if she likes me” and even Cap’s like “bruh!”.  Then she makes it even more clear and he’s like “I’m a monster and I can’t have kids” and she’s like “me too”.  And then… Nothing… Then “Black Widow” get captured by “Ultron” which is really weak! Then at the end Banner takes a plane and flies off for some reason.  Hope you get better luck in your movie Widow.

Looks like “Black Widow” is finally getting her own movie. Although I’m glad to hear about it I hope this isn’t something rushed out due to fan pressure. Originally I thought the main topic of this week was going to be the supposed 4 hour long cut of “Batman V Superman” because the very idea of it is mind boggling.  First off the movie is terrible so why on Earth would you make this, and if you did make it why would you tell anyone.  Second the movie is already at least an hour too long as it is.  The surprising part about it is that it’s not even a “there’s just too much going on” thing like “Age Of Ultron” had.  No it’s too long because of boring stuff about trials and meetings and ham-fisted cliched stuff about “Gods” and stuff.  Could there actually be something good in this extra hour and a half? I doubt it. There’s probably more of Martha Kent telling Superman “save people, don’t, whatever”.

The saddest part is, is that there are great people out there making great DC Comics stories.  I saw the “Justice League VS Titans” movie and as with pretty all the DC Comics DVD movies it’s great! Why they’re not making a Teen Titans show based off this is beyond me.  Also I’ve been watching “Green Lantern: The Animated Series”  from a few years ago and it also great! Why this show isn’t still on or the people behind it not writing Green Lantern is again beyond me.  I could go on all day so I’ll just stop here.

So if you follow these comics so far Q-boy isn’t a fan of Spiderous-Man and now it appears neither is America-Man. Spider-man begin part of a team always seems kinda off to me.  It can work like with the early issues of New Avengers, but to me it takes away from is down-on-his-luck status.

This comic mentions The Spiderous-Lady which is this world’s version of Spider Woman.  You’ll get a glimpse of her in the 50th Q-boy Short comic which is where the comic will be officially renamed “The History Of Comics With Q-boy”.  Anyways that’s all I got for you this week.
