This weekend I’ll try to finish this whole comic, and that will be the update for Monday.

On to some comic show talk. First the positive stuff. Gotta say the “Legends Of Tomorrow” finale was pretty good. Again I must applaud the VAST improvement over the first season.

Now… Sigh! Let’s get to it…. “Agents Of Shield” came back… Why can’t this show stay away forever?! Or better yet make is not part of the “Marvel Cinematic Universe”. The loose connection to it is the only thing this forces me to slog through this every episode. This reminds me of something some guy on “Twitter” tweeted. It was about how “Skye” should’ve been the main chick in the “Ghost In A Shell” movie. As I said in my reply to this I don’t care about “Ghost In A Shell”. To me the original anime was well animated, but I was never super big on it. Anyways, I replied to that tweet with a gif of “Michael Scott” screaming “no!”.

The characters on this show are terrible. There’s nothing you can do with them. You can throw in “Ghost Rider”. (Horrible waste of a character). You can change reality. It doesn’t matter. These characters are dull. Oh and unless “Ward” actually alive and the last 3 seasons of this show were a dream. Don’t bother bringing him back. It’s annoying at this point.

Special-Girl, The Minstrel, Hazard Hands, & Slowku On Special-Girl’s Issues

So you might be wondering what Special-Girl is freaking out about. This stuff about the a multi-verse the died got referred to before. This was way back in “Criminal And Crimfighter Conversations” 36. You can check that out here http://bit.ly/ccconver36 .

To re-explain I’ll paraphase what I wrote then. “This one has some references to “Crisis Of Infinite Earth””. This was “the big event of DC Comics that ended its multi-verse”. The main thing is in “Crisis” “The Flash” and “Supergirl” die in it. Also the “DC” heroes don’t remember “Crisis” happening. In my version, my verions of them (Quickie and Special-Girl) remember it happening. They are the only once who do though.

“Naive” is the nicest way of putting it, but “Goku” is pretty dumb. A lot of it you can’t blame on him though. First off, he may have suffered brain damage in when “Grandpa Gohan” dropped him as an infant. This is what turned “Goku” from the child sent to kill all humans to the good natured guy we know today. Also “Goku” has had no formal education in his whole life. The being some basic lessons from a perverted hermit for 3 years tops.

Also “Saiyans” in general don’t seem to be a particularly smart people. They seem to be a race of mercenaries that rely on others for technology. They were the “muscle” and “Freeza” was the “brain” in their operation.

So don’t blame “Goku” for thinking a wife is “something you eat”. (Yes the joke is already all over the internet). Smile at him, shake your head, and him idiot savant his way to learning an attack he saw 5 second ago.

Criminal And Crimefighter Conversations 185 – Special-Girl,

Hazard Hands, Quickie & Spiderous-Man On TV Shows & Movies

I’ve said everything I have to say about “The Flash” and “Supergirl” so let’s move on to the other “DCComics” “CW” shows. Say what you want about “Arrow” but that show is ballsy. It straight out tell you “no this guy is actually a serial killer and his quest is hypocritical”. They walk it back a little to keep the show going, but they still. Ballsy. It reminds of “Angel” in way. The same sort of “we may never be able to atone, but we try anyway” attitude. That’s a good thing. The best of these shows take from “Buffy” and “Angel”.

“Legends Of Tomorrow” is a show that has fun with its concept. Does it make sense most of the time? No. I’m sure it doesn’t even follow the established time travel rules of other show. What it does is give you cool moments and situations so you don’t care. This season is a dramatic improvement over the first. This show went from what could might have been the weakest show to what might be the best. In one season. Give them a round of applause!

Tomorrow Special-Girl, and Hazard Hands return to talk with The Minstrel and Slowku. They get into some of the issues brought up last week about kissing. Also the topic of marriage comes up. Hope you enjoy and see ya then!
