I kinda messed up here. I thought yesterday’s episode of “The Flash” was the one where another version of “Black Canary” was suppose to appear but that episode is in 2 weeks.  Oh well…

So can they renew “Supergirl” for another season already? It not the greatest show ever, but it’s better than pretty much everything else on CBS.  Otherwise I’m going to have find some other show to watch on Mondays that isn’t “Gotham”.  It’s funny a friend of mine still watches it and tell me about because he won’t stop watching it for some reason.  It sounds dumber and dumber by the second.

Tomorrow Succubus, Red Witch, and Drizzle discuss the possibility of The Fresh-Men and The Revenge Squad being in the same movie. See ya then and hope you enjoy!

Marvel gets it.  It’s just that simple. They played coy with us for a while but we’re getting the “Punisher” show.  They give us a taste of something awesome and then give us more of it.  DC seems to have the opposite approach… We saw “Man Of Steel” and were like:

“Um we like the action… Like good job on that, but um… The movie seems kinda dark and gloomy… Which is odd for a Superman movie.  Also Superman’s folks should encourage him to save people cuz’ that’s kinda the whole point of Superman… See he’s like a God but he’s a hero because of the people that raised him.  And again the 20 minutes of action were great but there a lot of really boring stuff… Also Superman probably should actually save people and shouldn’t kill people. Especially not in his first adventure… And if he does have to kill… It has to be a really big deal…. In fact you guys should really start over.  Ya know you got this show “Arrow” that people like… You should base your movies in that universe.  And you know how Marvel has the little scenes after the credits. We really like those.”

DC replied with the giant “Eff you!” that is “Batman V Superman”.  “Oh you didn’t like our Superman movie, well we’re gonna screw up Batman too! And for complaining here our Lex Luthor! Now take this movie and like or you don’t even want to know we’ll do to Wonder Woman”.

“You know you already have a Flash people really like…. Nevermind”.

So anyways “Civil War” comes out this week. And wow does it look good. And the reviews are even better. People are saying it’s the best comic book movie yet.  Can it possibly dethrown “The Dark Knight” as the best comic book movie?  I hope to find out on Saturday.  Tomorrow (unless plans change) Special-Girl, White Swallow, and Quickie talk about an appearance on Quickie’s TV show.  Hope you enjoy, and see ya then!

Here we have White Swallow would might have seen a little while back in Criminal And Crimefighter Conversations ( #29 & #31 which sorta refers to what happens in this comic).  The panels of this comic are based on covers drawn by Carmine Infatino including

It was a good thing I decided not to make yesterday’s comic after seeing the “Dr. Strange” trailer because I didn’t really get much out of it.  Some cool images, but nothing that made me feel anything about the movie.

[Warning if you don’t know much about Arrow you might wanna skip this part]

Okay so let’s get to “Arrow” and Black Canary’s death.  I don’t care.  I don’t even understand caring.  Honestly if there was a character who seemed to just kinda be there at this point it was Black Canary.  This is IF she stays dead. Early on Thea and Laurel were the bad part of the show you suffered through to get to the rest.  This is part of why I really like Arrow. It steadily improved and either killed off, or fixed its crappy boring characters.  I was also originally against Ollie and Felicity getting together cause it was kinda obvious and cliche, but they’re fine to me now.  It seems like everyone was for this before and everyone is against it now.  I don’t get it.

So on to the “Star Wars” part.  If you’ve been paying attention to these comic you’ve probably seen that all these different things are mixed together. Marvel, DC, DBZ, Buffy, ect. For longest time I couldn’t really figure out how to add Star Wars to it. Then after seeing “The Force Awakens” I watched the original trilogy again and figured it out.  The story as I thought it out is like the reverse of “Star Wars” (with a little “Final Fantasy IV”mixed in) a “bad knight” becoming a “good knight” and his son a “good knight” becoming a really “bad knight”.  As for the “Rogue One” trailer is looks pretty good but as this comic suggests they press a little hard on the whole “rebel” thing.  That’s it for this week! Yesterday I said was going to try to wait and watch the Dr. Strange trailer as it premiered on Jimmy Kimmel and make a comic about it for the next day.  I now realize that was insane. So as I’m writing this now the trailer hasn’t been shown yet… I also got a better idea that involved Jade Archer and Red Witch.  Here’s the thing, the Suicide Squad trailer and the new Civil War footage kinda threw off my plan for this week.  Originally everything was going to be about Black Canary dieing on “Arrow” and the “Dr. Strange” and “Rogue One” trailers. Trying to stay on top of nerd stuff has been hectic lately.

For Mr. Mystic I figured this guy who is this master of magic would be old (and extremely grumpy). Jade Archer here is references some backlash I’ve seen about Black Canary dieing on “Arrow”.  I’ll get into it more tomorrow but I don’t get it. Tommorow (unless plans drastically change again) White Swallow returns along with Q-boy to discuss her character’s death on the “Jade Archer” show, and the trailer for “Space Saga Side Story: Rebel Girl And Her Crew”. The Minstrel And White Swallow On The “Chain Gang Improbable” Trailer And White Swallow’s Character Dying On The “Jade Archer” Show

So this is about two things.  One is the new “Suicide Squad” trailer, and the other is the Black Canary dying on “Arrow”.  My thoughts on the trailer? Same as everything I’ve seen so far which is “it might be good, Will Smith takes me out of the movie anytime I see him, and I don’t like what they’ve done with Harley Quinn”.  That new footage from “Civil War” though… Maaan it looks awesome!

The weird thing I found about Harley Quiin is that she started out as some kind of therapist for the Joker and over time she falls in love with him, but suddenly becomes all crazy and ditzy. So with The Minstrel here I figured I’d make her still the doctor she was to begin with. Also too say the least my version of the Joker is VERY different but that’s for another day.

As for Black Canary dying on “Arrow”…. I don’t really care.  I like Arrow a lot. In fact I think it’s the best of the DC Comics shows.  I’ll get back to this subject later this week I think.  Tomorrow I’m going to try something kinda crazy.  The trailer for “Dr. Strange” is suppose to premiere on “Jimmy Kimmel” tomorrow and I’m going to try to make a comic right after for the morning after.
