Not as much stuff cut from this comic due to space as in the last one.  Mostly the girls talking before they start rhyming. The main part cut was that Nodachi’s part originally started with “Folks go Nodachi you so cocky/ Mad cuz’ my IG ya beau on seeing my photos fondly/ Maybe I should stop…”. The J-Pop says “No go on please”.

The line “Nodach go head n’ rock this” is a reference to the line “2pac go head n’ rock this” by Shock G from the song “Same Song” by Digital Underground. This is the first song 2pac appears on.

The “Gambino’s dream” line is referring to Childish Gambino/ Donald Glover who in many songs (especially his earlier ones) talks about being into Asian girls.

With this one I actually had to cut out a decent amount so everything would fit. Here’s the stuff that got cut:

  • Originally Succubus and Drizzle give more of an introduction
  • Drizzle started her part say “let me start off with these jealous bitches…”
  • After “til’ that thunder hits you” Death Poll said “ooooh!”. I really wanted this but it took up too much space
  • Succubus started her part with “Or break ya fuckin’ arm for challenging/ Call that shit, “Southern Hospitality”/”
  • Succubus ended her part with “Look this shit can get ugly n’ grizzly, so hon please assist/ Shut the fuck up! I’m country n’ Drizz be-/
  • Then Drizzle had a whole other part where she says “”Lightning in a bottle”, so hood n’ so nuts/ My girl say’s it best-/ Then Succubus says “Look but don’t touch/”

In case you don’t get the “granny’s peach flavor” part it’s referring to “granny’s peach tea” from “Batman V Superman”.  If you didn’t see the movie it’s pee.

Yep I made my version of “The Hulk” Black.  I revealed his name was Broadrick Benton in a previous comic (Criminal And Crimfighter Conversations #74 specifically).  Anyways, last week was the big 100th comic which featured the 100th Conversation cypher. Beef really has lead to some great music.  That’s pretty much undeniable. Battling and dissing is just part of rap.  Rap is more like a sport than other forms of music, and sometimes it’s a blood sport. People want to be good singers or great singers, and if someone wants to be the best singer it isn’t by actually proving you’re better by humiliating the competition.  Singers might not like each other and they might go at each other in a VERY subliminal way, but it’s nothing like a rap battle.

But you know what’s weird? John Lennon made a diss track. A guy all about peace and love made diss track, and he goes in on Paul McCartney.

Sorry folks the next “The History Of Comics With Q-boy” ( #THoCwQ 61) ain’t done yet. This is picture is some of what I got done so far. Like in the last “The History Of Comics With Q-boy” this comic is based on the work of Robert Crumb.  This is one of my most ambitious comics yet.  It is another double page spread. This first page is one large panel that is based on 6 different images.  I’m done all the actual drawing, but I still have a lot of coloring to do, and I have to do the lettering. So this stuff with The Good Knight and Pussy Whip I’ve been hinting at since “Criminal And Crimefighter Conversations” #3 ( http://qr.net/bZSPa ) when this comic launched in February on the week of Valentine’s Day.  Also I often see these pictures with “Catwoman” or “Black Cat” actually acting like a cat and always find it weird.  It just seem like a guy would be weirded out and not turn on by it.

So next week we’ll be reaching the 100th of these comics. I got an idea for what I want to do, but I’m not completely sure yet. That’s it for this week.  I’m still working on the next “The History Of Comics With Q-boy” and I really don’t know if it will be done by Monday. I don’t see “Harley Quinn” and “Catwoman” being friends. I see pictures of the 2 of them and “Poison Ivy” together together a lot, but I just don’t see it. I imagine “Catwoman” trying to steal something and “Harley” bashing it with a giant mallet. On the other hand, I also don’t see this smart psychiatrist chick hanging out with a thief either. Then again, friendships don’t always make sense on paper I guess.

The other part of this comic is about “Batman” having is son “Damian” (the current “Robin”) with “Talia Al Ghul”.  For guy I who hates crime so much he sure likes his criminal ladies. I guess a lifelong promise to your dead folks can only go so far…

Tomorrow these 3 go into “The Good Knight” and “Pussy Whip’s” sex life… It might get dark… Hope you enjoy and see ya next time!

So if you stay up on news and stuff you might have heard about a story where Chris Brown allegedly pulled a gun on some chick at his house.  He says she was trying to steal from him and he didn’t pull a gun or was asleep the whole time or something. It also turns out the chick is pretty shady. Looks like a story where no one is the “good guy” but who knows.  Oh also Ray J was there.

With that out of the way, this whole week will feature these 3 talking about The Good Knight and Pussy Whip’s relationship.  There are actually 4 comics that proceed this that will be available whenever I start a Patreon and or when I start collecting these comics into books.

I don’t get “Marvel’s” obsession with making Spider-Man young. In the original comics Spider-Man is only in high school for a few issues then he’s in college. With “Ultimate Spider-Man” this version of Peter Parker starts the series being 15 years old.  Then the “Miles Morales” version of “Ultimate Spider-Man” is 13 years old.

I think making “Spider-Man” younger and younger miss the point of  “Spider-Man”. The point (and this is very much IMHO) of “Spider-Man” is the he is a loser. “Peter Parker” handmade all his equipment including his webbing and web shooters as a relatively young guy.  He could have easily sold any of this and made millions. He has the strength and agility to easily be a pro wrestler, MMA fighter, or win something like “AGT”.  Instead of doing any of this he works for a guy who is obsessed with trashing him and seems to be perpetually broke.

Currently in the comics “Spider-Man” has “Parker Industries”, but he only has this because “Dr. Octopus” controlled him as “The Superior Spider-Man” and used some of Peter’s unused potential. Guess it’s a “mo’ money mo’ problems” situation.
